At Inspire Speech, our mission is to provide compassionate, custom-tailored therapy services that meet the unique needs of each client. We strive to create a collaborative atmosphere where clients can thrive, using innovative techniques to inspire progress in speech, language, and oral function.

Our Vision

Inspire Speech aims to empower children to communicate freely and effectively, fostering confidence and connection within their communities.

Marguerite “Maggie” Fariello is a licensed speech-language pathologist in both New York and Connecticut, specializing in orofacial myofunctional therapy. Maggie earned her master’s degree in speech-language pathology from Iona University. She has built a dynamic career, focused on helping individuals of all ages achieve optimal speech and oral function. She has worked with a diverse range of clients in multiple settings.

Maggie developed a deep passion for orofacial myofunctional therapy, recognizing its significant impact on speech, swallowing, and overall oral health. As she refined her skills in this area, Maggie observed a crucial gap: many individuals who could benefit from myofunctional therapy lacked access to the services in traditional clinic settings. This realization inspired her to found Inspire Speech, PLLC, a private, in-home therapy practice, dedicated to serving Southern Westchester County, NY and Southern Fairfield County, CT.

At Inspire Speech, Maggie combines her extensive knowledge of speech-language pathology with orofacial myofunctional therapy to offer personalized, in-home services tailored to each client’s unique needs. Her innovative approach to therapy emphasizes convenience, accessibility, and client-centered care, making it easier for individuals and families to receive the high-quality treatment they deserve.

In her free time, Maggie enjoys baking and cooking, painting her nails, and spending time with her husband and their pets- two cats and a dog.
